Superior Decking Materials

Center Decking:

The center area features 2” select-grade Douglas Fir, providing a solid and dependable foundation that supports our design’s overall integrity.

Outer Decking:

We utilize 2” Apitong hardwood on the high-traffic areas of our trailer decks. This robust material is specifically chosen to withstand the wear and tear caused by track machines and heavy equipment, ensuring your trailer remains resilient over time. While many manufacturers offer this as an optional upgrade, it comes standard with every Versamaz trailer.

Enhanced Traction & Secure Storage

Traction Cleats:

Dual Landing Gear provides more ground support and stability when trailer is unhooked while loaded. Has a 48,500 lbs. lift capacity and a rated static load of 140,000 lbs. Some trailers only provide a single landing leg and don’t always handle heavy loads when unhooked from the vehicle, nor provide the stability.

Secure Storage Compartments:

Our design includes dedicated stake pockets and chain slots along the side rails and inner rails. These features offer lockable storage for chains, binders, and other valuables, while additional open storage in the tongue area accommodates dunnage and miscellaneous items tailored to meet your hauling needs.

Dual Landing Gear for Superior Stability

Robust Support:

The rear bumper (or Rear Impact Guard) is a required safety feature installed on the back of a trailer to prevent vehicles from riding underneath in the event of a rear-end collision. It also serves the purpose of a light bar. The bumper is designed to retract when the tilt deck latch is released to tilt the deck. Both the deck latch and rear bumper are air actuated with just the push of a button. The bumper provides protection to the lights and license plate while retracted when loading & unloading equipment.
